Bath Flip -- I had an appointment with your salesperson, Nathan Brunelle, to discuss a tub-to-shower conversion in my condo. I just want to say that it was a pleasure working with him. He was very knowledgeable of your product and process, and was able to answer all my questions. I especially appreciated his down-to-earth approach that rather than being 'hard-sell' or overly 'scripted,' he remained focused on my reno needs and how to best make that happen for me.
